We appreciate a complete application that contains the following documents in PDF format:

  • A tabular CV with a detailed overview of your previous work activities and your academic career.

How does the application process work?

After we have received your application documents, we will send you a written confirmation of receipt per e-mail. Usually we will inform you about our decision within 14 days. We invite all candidates, who are best suited to meet our requirement criteria, to a telephone interview. After that, if there is still mutual interest, we will conduct two personal interviews, usually in our office in Frankfurt/Main.

 

Which qualifications do we expect?

From young professionals / graduates we expect a completed degree with good grades, a pronounced IT affinity, as well as motivation and an interest in SAP Consulting. First experiences in the Finance and the IT sector, respectively, through internships, professional training or further intensification in the course of your studies, are preferable. A prior knowledge of SAP is not necessary.

From young professionals and professionals we request functional and industry knowledge, as well as experience in the SAP systems that are relevant for us.

Also important are very good German language skills written and spoken (min. C1), good English language skills and a 100% willingness to travel.

 

How do I prepare for an interview?

In all interviews we want to find out, why you are interested in SAP, IT consulting and the banking and/or insurance industry. Show us why you are a fit for us and for the job you are applying for. You can achieve this with a good preparation and a research of common websites. Inform yourself in advance about our company and our specialization. Think in advance about the job profile and consider in which one of our Competence Centers you would like to work.

 

Where is ponturo located?

Our office is located in Frankfurt/Main. The office location only plays a minor role, though, because right from the beginning you will work on client projects nationwide, or if you are interested even internationally. You will travel from your place of residence, which you can keep of course, directly to our clients. Which means of transportation you use is up to you. However, since we appreciate environment-friendly behaviour, we recommend travelling by train.

 

What does a typical workweek at ponturo look like?

Normally you will work onsite on our client’s projects sites. On Fridays you will work in our office or from home. Four days a week you will dedicate your time to the client, the fifth day will be intended for trainings and meetings. It is of great importance for us, that you always work in a team.

 

Is there a possibility for an internship, working student job or writing a final thesis?

You can find all job offers for working student jobs on our website. Due to the volatility in the project business we unfortunately cannot offer internships. In individual cases we can supervise your master thesis, please contact us.

 

What are the career opportunities at ponturo?

Your development depends solely on you and your performance. In annual review sessions we will transparently determine the criteria how to reach your next career level. Furthermore, we plan your long term development at ponturo at an early stage, to give you the best possible support to realize your job expectations.

 

What is the salary structure?

Your salary depends on your career level, your experience and your area of responsibility. It consists of a fix salary and a variable component. Furthermore, you will receive additional benefits in form of additional insurance, a monthly childcare allowance and other benefits.
