and not only when working on projects. After business hours we often participate in sporting activities or other events together. One highlight is our annual summer event which is attended by everyone – from interns to the Chairman of the Board. It is a 3 day action-packed program with activities such as rafting, canyoning, rock climbing, or kayaking.

We think long-term

and therefore place a high value on both personal development and a balanced work-life relationship of our employees. Work in the ponturo team should be fun and offer the opportunity to integrate work and private life harmonically. In regular personal meetings long term perspectives are discussed and measures are taken, e.g. an individually defined training program.

For this reason, continuous internal and external feedback is very important to us: employee surveys, development meetings, and evaluations of renowned portals form an important basis for this.

In 2023, ponturo was recognized for the first time in the nationwide Great Place to Work® competition in the category "Best Employers in Germany" as one of the best employers nationwide and across all industries. In the "Best Employers in ICT" categories in the size category of companies with 50 to 100 employees and in the "Best Employers in Hesse" competition in the 50 to 250 employees category, we were once again able to confirm our excellent results of the past.

Within the scope af a study in collaboration with Kununu, ponturo has been honoured by the Focus Business Magazine as one of the best employers in 2023 among medium sized companies.
