We live team spirit
and not only when working on projects. After business hours we often participate in sporting activities or other events together. One highlight is our annual summer event which is attended by everyone – from interns to the Chairman of the Board. It is a 3 day action-packed program with activities such as rafting, canyoning, rock climbing, or kayaking.
We think long-term
and therefore place a high value on both personal development and a balanced work-life relationship of our employees. Work in the ponturo team should be fun and offer the opportunity to integrate work and private life harmonically.
